I met the owners of Cocina Chicago several years ago at a friend’s home. They were catering a dinner for college buddies. The food was excellent, the service exceptional and the owners were absolutely delightful. I took a business card and that was the best thing I did that evening. Our son and his wife are living in Philadelphia and expecting their first child this Spring. We decided to host a Baby Shower and use the theme ‘Taco Bout a Baby’. I immediately contacted Laura for her availability for our party date. She was available! It was the most wonderful event for our family and friends due to her fabulous food, exceptional service and kind, generous nature. Our guests raved about the food. Anyone would!!!
